We also have 8 rabbits. We bought 2 'girls' of which one turned out to be a boy! Result: 2 babies! Those 2 babies were supposed to be 'girls' too, but again one turned out to be a boy and got his mom pregnant... talking about incest here... Result: 4 babies.
Okay there has been a problem of incest here, but all our rabbits are healthy and lively so...
